Music 

All children have the opportunity to learn an orchestral instrument.

  • Peripatetic tuition: violin, trumpet, cello and trombone
  • All of Year 4 enjoy one term of violin tuition
  • Year 5 trumpet lessons are given for the whole year
  • School Choir
  • School Orchestra
  • School production in the Summer Term

Sports 

  • Tennis (Woodbridge Tennis Club)
  • Football (ITFC/FA linked)
  • Netball
  • Cricket
  • Lunchtime hockey club
  • Golf (Seckford golf club)

Visits

Woodbridge Primary School have a range of visits to support the curriculum (see Class Pages)

  • Year 6 residential visit in the Summer Term - includes rock climbing, abseiling, visiting caverns and Chatsworth House to name a few!

Community Involvment

Woodbridge Primary School has strong links with the local community.  Some projects have included:

  • Film making for the local riverside action group (WAMRAG)
  • Performance of "Heracles" at the New Wolsey Theatre
